Instructions

Odd Tinana game

Print out the body part pages, and paste on stiff card. Cut out the separate body parts, separating hands and feet also.

You will need a dice and up to nine players.

The winner is the first person to complete a whole tinana ( body ). They will need to have tahi mahunga (1 head), tahi tinana (1 body), rua ringa (2 arms), tahi waewae (1set of legs), rua hu (2 footwear).

Each player throws the dice.
If tahi is thrown the player may take tahi mahunga.
If rua is thrown the player may take tahi tinana.
If toru is thrown the player may take tahi ringa, and will have to throw another toru to get another ringa.
If wha is thrown the player may take tahi waewae.
If rima is thrown the player may take tahi hu, and will have to throw another rima to get another hu.
If ono is thrown the player must remove the last body part they recieved.

If a number is thrown and the player already has the body parts for that number, they are not allowed to get another body part, but wait until it is their turn again to throw again.
